After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details.
A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships out to you. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, your order is in transit and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you have an account with FreeAgentSkincare.com, the USPS tracking number will be updated in My Account after your order ships (domestic orders only).
DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMES
We work hard to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday / Saturday / Sunday are processed the next business day. Most customers in the contiguous USA will receive their Free Agent Skincare orders within 3-5 business days, however, remote destinations can take up to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
At this time, Free Agent Skincare is only shipping internationally to Canada.
All imported goods are subject to assessment for import taxes and charges even if you imported those goods for your own use.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.
We ask that you check our Returns & Exchange Policy when placing your order. According to our terms and conditions in the Free Agent Skincare Returns & Exchange Policy, you agree to cover the cost of freight for exchanged products or returns, unless you receive an incorrect or defective order.
Because we make our products fresh, we may occasionally experience short periods of stock being unavailable through our website. If one of the items you would like to order is listed as out of stock, please return to our website and place your order at a later date—or enter your email on the “restock notifications” pop-up to be alerted when the item is available for purchase.
