All Free Agent Skincare products are manufactured in California.
DO FREE AGENT PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?
Any cream, aloe or water-based skincare product needs to have some form of preservative to prevent bacteria from growing. At Free Agent Skincare we pride ourselves on holding our products to a strict standard by utilizing natural preservatives, as well as carefully crafting each formula with additionally beneficial ingredients that support healthy skin.

CAN I USE THE PRODUCT AFTER THE “FRESHNESS WINDOW”?
Just like with food, the closer our products are used to the time they are made, the more potent the active ingredients – which is KEY to maximizing your skincare results.
*Don’t worry, if you don’t use the product within the suggested time frame, it’s still safe to use within one year of opening. If you follow the suggested usage instructions for our products, you should use the product completely during the freshness window.
DO FREE AGENT PRODUCTS NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?
Free Agent Skincare products do not need to be refrigerated. However, if it is extremely hot and humid you may wish to do so. All of our products undergo what is known as Stability, Compatibility and Micro Challenge testing to ensure they are safe and can withstand reasonably high temperatures.
ARE FREE AGENT PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, Free Agent Skincare’s current product offering is Vegan. We try to select vegan ingredients whenever possible.
DO FREE AGENT PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
At Free Agent Skincare, we do not use any peanuts, walnuts, cashews or Brazil nut-based ingredients. A high percentage of “nut” allergies are based upon an intolerance of peanuts. However, some Free Agent Skincare products contain Coconut, Almonds, and Shea Butter, which are considered part of the tree nut family. These types of nut oils, typically, do not irritate people with nut allergies and tend to be low in risk. As always, we encourage customers who have serious nut allergies to consult a doctor/allergist or conduct a patch test before using any product.
ARE FREE AGENT PRODUCT GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, Free Agent Skincare products are free from Gluten.
MY DROPPER PIPETTE LOOKS OUT OF ALIGNMENT.
The droppers are secured tightly during the manufacturing process to prevent any leakage during transit. This may make the dropper pipette look slightly “off-kilter” or out of alignment. Don’t worry, when you open the bottle for the first time, it will correct itself. IS FREE AGENT PACKAGING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
We care about our footprint on this planet, and utilize glass or recyclable plastic and/ or paper. At Free Agent, we are committed to taking every possible step to ensure that our environmental footprint is as small as possible. Please see product pages for information on how to recycle each individual product.
DOES ANY FREE AGENT PACKAGING CONTAIN BISPHENOL OR BPA?
Free Agent Skincare packaging does not contain Bisphenol and BPA compounds. Any plastic packaging we use, are made from plastics that are either PP, PE or PET materials, which are food-grade and highly recyclable. We opt for glass whenever possible.
We are working on a recycling program and aim to have it finalized by June 2020. Stay tuned for something that will make your wallet and the planet happy.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR BREAKOUT PRONE SKIN?
Both Lightspeed and Flash Forward are good for people who are prone to breakouts. With Squalane and Vitamin C, Lightspeed will moisturize skin while lightening the appearance of acne related scaring. Flash Forward contains clinical strength Lactic Acid and Multi-Fruit Enzymes that will sluff away dead skin cells, and help to prevent future breakouts.
WHAT PRODUCTS WORK FOR PEOPLE WITH PSORIASIS, ECZEMA, DERMATITIS?
We have received impressive before/after photos from customers that have previously suffered from Psoriasis, Eczema and Dermatitis. However, if you suffer from any of these skin conditions, we recommend checking with your Doctor or Dermatologist before trying our products. Our products are not meant to treat, or cure any medically diagnosed skin condition.
ARE FREE AGENT PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANT OR NURSING WOMEN?
At Free Agent Skincare, we make products with clinical strength active ingredients that are hyper clean. While we focus on utilizing clean ingredients and natural preservatives, we still recommend taking a print out of our ingredients to discuss with your doctor prior to using our products during pregnancy or while breast feeding.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details.
A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships out to you. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details. Once you receive the shipment confirmation email, your order is in transit and cannot be changed or cancelled.
CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email email@example.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. If your order is already in transit, unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel it, and would have to wait for you to return the package.
At Free Agent Skincare, we work hard to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday / Saturday / Sunday are processed the next business day.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

TRACK MY ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number. To track your shipment, go to https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and enter your USPS tracking number.
If you have an account with FreeAgentSkincare.com, the USPS tracking number will be updated in My Account after your order ships (domestic orders only).
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay, as well as PayPal.
We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
Sales tax is applied to your Free Agent Skincare order in accordance with individual state and local regulations across all U.S. states where applicable.
