Return & Exchange Policy
GENERAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your Free Agent Skincare products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date you ordered your product, please email and we will send you instructions on how to return the unused portion of your product.
Please include your name, invoice number and name of product, along with a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a return authorization number and inform you how to return the unused portion of the product.
Due to our Fresh Manufacturing Process, all goods must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed the order. We regret that we are unable to offer prepaid shipping on any returned or exchanged items, unless there was an order error on our end, or manufacturing defect.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard USPS shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON PROMOTION OR AS PART OF A GIFT PACK
If the products you wish to return were purchased at a promotional or special offer price, the refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase. All goods must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed the order. In the case of gift packs or product kits (e.g.: Complexion Resurrection Kit or Lab Discovery Kit), the entire pack must be returned. Individual products will not be refunded. Items purchased on a BOGO promotion are considered pairs or groups. If a return is necessary on items purchased with a BOGO promotion, each item in the pair or group has a new, equal value based off the order total for all grouped items, where the same % off discount is applied to each individual item in the pair or group. Returning any item from a BOGO promotion will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original payment method.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible. If your order is already in transit, unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel it, and would have to wait for you to return the package.
At Free Agent Skincare, we work hard to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday / Saturday / Sunday are processed the next business day.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received your Free Agent Skincare order, and it is incorrect, please email: [email protected] and include your order number, so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned to Free Agent Skincare. Due to the nature of our Fresh Manufacturing, we ask that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of Free Agent Skincare. Free Agent Skincare reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
